Mark Warrior
Director | Business Development
Mark is the face of our business. He is an honest, friendly and knowledgeable property expert with over 20 years’ experience in property investing and being a private landlord in Wellington. Before co-founding Agency Group Management with Carl, Mark had 25 years’ experience in the financial sector in both London and Wellington at management level. Since 2016 he has been a director and sales manager for 2 local property management firms.
Mark combines his previous experience to offer an all-round property service that caters to a client’s individual needs. This versatility and ability to take care of all aspects is unique in the business.
Lara Hastings
Property Manager
Lara has been involved in Property in one way or another for the last 20 years, with experience across many facets or Real Estate, including Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Management, Residential Management and Investments.
Lara has been associated with Agency Group Management right from the outset in 2020 and has taken a more active and frontline role since early 2023.
Her diligent work ethic and process driven ethos has proved to be invaluable to Property Owners and Tenants, and we are fortunate to have her as an integral part of the Agency Group Management team.
Carl Hastings
Director
Carl has over 25 years experience in property, with the majority of it focused within sales and leasing in commercial real estate markets, and ownership of The Agency Group.
With a wide range of business skills and industry contacts, Carl is looking forward to developing Agency Group Management into one of Wellingtons' premier Property Management providers.

Don Borrett
Maintenance Manager
Don spent many years as a Security Manager for a major bank, specialising in safes, cameras and alarms. In the mid 1990’s he started as a builder and had 2 decades of property management experience alongside his building work. We refer to Don as our “secret weapon” – whether the job is big or small he has an answer and a fix for everything. He can assess if other tradespeople are needed and co-ordinate their response with exact instructions for the problem, meaning no wasted time or dollars for the owner or tenant.
